service contracts and incidents related to their products by allowing
users to initiate service requests, request service contract renewal
pricing and search our Knowledge base for answers to common problems or
issues. In addition, you can view all of your service contracts and
details such as the Term of the contract, type of coverage, and
equipment associated with each contract.
